Delivery, packing and returns
Kits come by courier to your door in England, Scotland and Wales. The courier, the charge and delivery times are confirmed before ordering opens.

Delivery times and costs
While a kit is on the waiting list, there's no dispatch date. When it moves to pre-order, the dispatch date shows on the kit page, in your basket and at checkout, and the delivery charge shows before you pay.
Plug-in kits can only be used in England, Scotland and Wales, so we can't deliver to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands.

Checking for damage
- Someone aged 18 or over needs to be in.
- Have two people ready. The Max 1260W box weighs 96kg and is 2.4m long.
- Look the box over before you sign. If it's damaged, write "damaged" on the courier's record and take photos.
- Unpack carefully and check the glass and corners of each panel. Tell us through our contact form as soon as you can.

Returning unused kits
You can cancel at any time before dispatch for a full refund, and for 14 days after delivery. You don't need to give a reason.
After delivery, you pay to send the kit back unless it's faulty or not as described. Keep the box and packing until you're sure. Don't fix the stand to a wall, register the kit or plug it in until you're keeping it: if it's been fixed, drilled or damaged, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.
A faulty kit is different: we arrange and pay for its return. Our full terms of sale will be published before ordering opens.
